How to ensure your access to our portal:
To offer you the best possible service, we have optimized our support process for you: In accordance with our new service level agreements (SLAs) or existing service contracts, we ask you to name two trained employees as service key users. They are our primary contacts for your support inquiries and technical questions. Please complete the form and send it to interflex.support@allegion.com.
As soon as we receive this information from you, we will update our system and create the access to our customer portal for your specified service key users.
If you are already registered in the customer portal, you can log in directly with your existing access data and already benefit from the numerous services.
