Data integration with SAP

Interflex offers a certified HR-PDC interface (Human Resources – Plant Data Collection) to SAP R3 and S/4 HANA. This interface ensures a seamless flow of all necessary data between Interflex and SAP systems. The SAP system acts as the master system in this regard. On the one hand, personnel information from the SAP system is transferred on a cyclical basis to the Interflex solution, while employee time bookings are transferred, on the other hand, to the time management in SAP and processed there by the so-called RPTIME. In the end, the accounts are updated and the new balances are sent back to the Interflex system. In addition to time events, external wage types that the Interflex solution sends to SAP can also be processed. These external wage types are used to directly calculate employee expenses using payroll accounting, e.g., meals in the cafeteria. The bookings are made in real time so as to ensure that your employees promptly know whether their presence times have been booked correctly.
