For our Dutch Branch, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurially minded manager with a passion for sales and business development. If you are seeking for a central position at the heart of the action, surrounded and supported by a team of motivated staff and you have a can do mentality and an open mind, then you are the one we want!

What will you do?

• You lead a team of dedicated sales and service staff, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
• You drive business development, setting the strategic direction of the company in the Dutch market.
• As a people leader, you foster a collaborative environment where everyone thrives together.
• With a strong service mindset, you prioritize customer experience (CX) in all aspects of your work.
• You are committed to long-term investment in the company's growth and success.
• Networking is second nature to you, and you actively build and maintain valuable industry connections.
• You hold P&L responsibility, ensuring the financial health and profitability of the business.
• You oversee marketing and product management, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.

What do you need? 

• You've got an advanced degree (university of applied sciences, university) in business administration or a sales-related field.
• You bring several years of rock-solid management experience with P&L responsibility in the trade of service-oriented capital goods, especially in digital tech and direct sales within the Dutch market.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a native level and possess very good English skills, reflecting the international scope of our company's operations.
• You're a pro at business development, project management, business administration, and sales.
• You have a keen market sense, excellent intercultural skills, and a strong focus on customer and service excellence.
• With your empathetic and communicative style, you're the trusted go-to person for our employees, customers, and partners.
• You don’t just set goals—you inspire and motivate your team by leading from the front.
