Stuttgart, Germany, January 12, 2023 – Following an acquisition declaration in early November, the two long-time partner companies Interflex and plano., a provider of workforce management solutions, are now one team. Allegion, the parent company of Interflex, completed the acquisition of plano. on January 3, 2023, and now it will henceforth bear the new company name plano solutions gmbh.
With immediate effect, Robert Schueler, previously Managing Director of plano., also takes over the management of plano solutions gmbh (or “plano”) and additionally leads the Advanced Workforce Management business unit at Interflex. As Interflex’s brand in the area of Advanced Workforce Management, plano’s branding will be further developed. In the process, the previous logo will be supplemented by the stylized butterfly of the Interflex brand.

Everything from a single source
For Interflex and plano, the merger is an important and logical step, as many customers already combine the solutions and products of the two companies. From now on, customers will therefore benefit from numerous synergies: a joint, broad solution and product portfolio in the area of Advanced Workforce Management, the continuous further development of the software, and a large team of expert consultants.
