Monthly Salary
Earn money while you train. Benefit from fair compensation that increases each year of your apprenticeship:
- 1st year: €1,050
- 2nd year: €1,150
- 3rd year: €1,300
Mobility
During your apprenticeship, we cover the cost of your Deutschlandticket. This allows you to travel flexibly to work, vocational school, or university, and of course you may also use it for your leisure activities anywhere in Germany.
Health
Each year, you will receive a €300 health voucher that you can use for new glasses, dental work, or anything else you may need.
In addition, we support your wellbeing with a €30 monthly fitness allowance (gross).Work-Life-Balance
To ensure you learn in the best possible way. During your apprenticeship or dual study program, you will spend most of your time on-site with your team or at your training institution. At the same time, flexible flextime, clear structures, and 30 days of vacation help you maintain a healthy work–life balance.

Getting to know each other
If your profile fits, we’ll get in touch and schedule an initial short conversation to get to know each other. This is where you’ll gain your first insight into Interflex.
Interview
This is followed by an in‑depth interview - either on site or online. You’ll meet some of your future colleagues and your manager, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Feedback
We’ll get back to you quickly and clarify any open questions together. You’ll receive timely feedback and always know exactly where you stand in the process.

- When can I apply?
Our job portal lists all apprenticeship and study positions that are currently available. You can apply for any of these at any time.
We are currently recruiting for the 2026 training year.
For the 2027 training year, you are welcome to send us a speculative application already. - How can I apply?
To ensure a smooth process, we require all applications to be submitted digitally via our Workday system. This means you can apply through our portal, either with a speculative application or for any advertised position.
- Where can I see if there are still open positions?
All positions listed in our job portal are genuinely still available — and waiting for your application. As soon as a position is filled, we remove it from the portal immediately.
- What requirements do I need to meet to start an apprenticeship or dual study program at Interflex?
The specific requirements can always be found directly in the respective job posting - they may vary depending on the profession or study program.
In general, what matters most to us is that you are motivated and eager to learn new things. - How can I prepare for the interview?
Don’t worry — feeling nervous is completely normal, and absolutely nothing to stress about.
We’re looking forward to meeting you and simply want to get to know who you are and why you’re interested in your chosen profession.
The interview is all about gaining a first impression of one another. We’re curious to hear, for example:
- why you chose this apprenticeship or study program,
- what excites you most about it, and
- how you imagine working at Interflex.
You don’t need to memorize anything or prepare perfectly - just be yourself and bring along any questions you may have.
- What does the apprenticeship salary look like at Interflex?
At Interflex, apprentices and dual students receive the same compensation. It increases with each training year and currently looks like this:
1st year: €1,050
2nd year: €1,150
3rd year: €1,300This means you have financial security from day one - along with a transparent salary progression throughout your entire training period.
- What does my apprenticeship or dual study program look like?
At Interflex, your learning journey always alternates between theory and practice - whether you’re completing an apprenticeship or a dual study program. This allows you to apply new knowledge directly in your daily work.
Theory Phases
- Apprenticeship:
Your theoretical training takes place at vocational school. Depending on your profession, classes are held either weekly or in block format. - Dual Study Program:
You typically alternate between university and the company every three months.
Practical Phases
During your practical phases, you work directly within your team, take on your own tasks, and are gradually introduced to new topics step by step. Throughout this process, we support you both professionally and personally.
Exams
- Apprenticeship:
You complete your Part I final exam roughly halfway through your apprenticeship, and Part II at the end. - Dual Study Program:
You take your exams at the end of each theory phase.
During your practical phases, you will also work on project assignments, and at the end of your studies, you will write your bachelor’s thesis.
- Apprenticeship:
- Is it generally possible to shorten the apprenticeship?
Yes, shortening your apprenticeship is possible — provided that all requirements are met.
Whether this makes sense in your individual case is something we will discuss with you personally and decide together. - I’d like to transfer from my current employer to Interflex for my apprenticeship or dual study program — is that possible?
In principle, yes.
We have already welcomed several apprentices and dual students who began their training or studies at another company and later transferred to us.
If you’re considering making the switch, feel free to get in touch with us directly. We will look together at whether and how a transition to Interflex is possible for you.Naturally, we will treat your inquiry with complete confidentiality.
- What benefits do I receive after completing my training?
After graduating, you’ll gain access to additional Interflex benefits that give you greater freedom and flexibility - for example, in terms of working time models or mobile working.

Yes, in principle, a student internship is possible with us.
The only important factor is that we have sufficient capacity at your preferred time — so we can give you a meaningful and valuable insight into our daily work.
