Work-Life-Balance
We offer flexible working hours, mobile working, and flextime: you’ll work without core hours and can work remotely two days a week. You also receive 30 days of vacation, with no restrictions during your probation period.

Health

Application
Found a position that suits you? Then upload your data and documents to our applicant management system, Workday, and submit your application.
Getting to know each other
If your profile fits, we’ll get in touch and schedule an initial short conversation to get to know each other. This is where you’ll gain your first insight into Interflex.
Interview
This is followed by an in‑depth interview — either on site or online. You’ll meet some of your future colleagues and your manager, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Feedback
We’ll get back to you quickly and clarify any open questions together. You’ll receive timely feedback and always know exactly where you stand in the process.
Offer
Welcome to Interflex! You’ll receive your contract digitally and start with us at the earliest possible date. We’re excited to welcome you to Interflex in person soon.
