Application
Found a position that suits you? Then upload your data and documents to our applicant management system, Workday, and submit your application.
Getting to know each other
If your profile fits, we’ll get in touch and schedule an initial short conversation to get to know each other. This is where you’ll gain your first insight into Interflex.
Interview
This is followed by an in‑depth interview — either on site or online. You’ll meet some of your future colleagues and your manager, and you’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have.
Feedback
We’ll get back to you quickly and clarify any open questions together. You’ll receive timely feedback and always know exactly where you stand in the process.
Offer
Welcome to Interflex! You’ll receive your contract digitally and start with us at the earliest possible date. We’re excited to welcome you to Interflex in person soon.

- Can I submit an unsolicited application?
Yes, you can also submit an unsolicited application to Interflex. Simply upload your documents through our application management system.
- Is there an option to work remotely?
Yes, depending on the role, you have the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week.
- In what form can I apply?
To ensure a smooth process, we require all applications to be submitted digitally via our Workday system. This means you can apply through our portal both for advertised positions and on a speculative basis.
- How quickly will I receive feedback on my application?
We usually get back to you within a few days. If it takes longer in some cases, we will proactively inform you about the status of your application.
- Do I need a cover letter or additional documents for my application?
A cover letter is not mandatory. If you wish, you can use it to share additional information about yourself. Your CV and relevant certificates or references are sufficient. You can submit further documents later if needed.
- Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?
Yes, you’re welcome to apply for several suitable positions. We review each application individually.
