Customer Satisfaction Survey and Donation to Arche
In April, we conducted a large customer survey to learn how our clients rate their collaboration with Interflex, because customer satisfaction is very important to us.
We were thrilled to receive feedback from over 400 participants and would like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to respond. What especially delighted us was the confirmation of our strong technical expertise and the friendliness of our support team.
For each participant who took part in the survey, we are donating €10 to the non-profit organization Arche in Frankfurt, which supports disadvantaged children. Interflex is rounding up the total donation to €5,000.
And that’s not all, we want to continue engaging with our customers and offer a space for questions and suggestions to better understand what matters to them.
