Stay in Control During Emergencies
With the Evacuation List extension module for the IF-6040 software from Interflex, you always have an up-to-date overview of who is present and where they are located on the company premises during an emergency or drill. This saves time, enables a swift evacuation, and can ultimately save lives. The software includes modules for access control, visitor management, and time tracking. It uses relevant data from these modules to generate a continuously updated dynamic evacuation list. Visitors are also included - regardless of how spontaneously they entered or exited the premises.
Always Up to Date - Even During Drills
What’s crucial is that the evacuation list updates itself cyclically in real time and also takes into account any bookings made during an evacuation. Using data from visitor management and time tracking, the list also includes individuals who did not check in via a terminal when entering the site.
Companies are required to regularly practice how to evacuate employees and visitors in the event of an emergency. This is mandated by both the Major Accidents Ordinance and occupational health and safety regulations. Special requirements apply to companies classified as Critical Infrastructure (CRITIS), which include sectors such as energy and water supply, healthcare, chemical industries, finance and insurance, as well as government and public administration.
