Dynamic Evacuation List

Evacuation lists are especially effective when their information and data are displayed dynamically in real time. Interflex offers this capability through an extension module of the access control system IF-6040. The list is continuously updated using data from access control and, optionally, from time recording and visitor management modules. This ensures the list is always up to date. It includes all registered individuals on-site, such as employees, contractors, and visitors who have been recorded by the system and are currently present on the premises. During an evacuation or fire drill, responsible personnel have a clear overview of who is in a potential danger zone and how many people are affected.

Evacuation Management: Current, Flexible, Efficient

The key advantage of the dynamic evacuation list is that it remains current - even during an evacuation. It immediately registers when someone logs out at a terminal and leaves the site. That person is then marked in the system as outside the danger zone. If an employee enters the site without logging in at an access terminal, the system still accounts for them by using time recording data. As soon as they log in at a time recording terminal, they are registered as present on the premises.

Support for Attendance Control

With the automatically updated digital evacuation list, safety officers at the assembly point have a clearer view of who is missing and whether anyone is unaccounted for. If someone is missing, rescue measures can be initiated more quickly and accurately using the stored information. For example, family members can be contacted directly.

If needed, you can print the evacuation list or generate a PDF file, which is useful when printing is impractical or time-consuming. The PDF is quickly available, easy to share with others, and can be archived for documentation purposes. This feature gives you flexibility and saves time in demanding situations.

Regular Emergency Drills

Companies are required to regularly practice emergency evacuation procedures. This is mandated by occupational safety laws and the Major Accidents Ordinance. For organizations classified as part of Critical Infrastructure (CRITIS), these requirements are even more important. Their failure can significantly impact the state, the economy, and large parts of the population. CRITIS includes sectors such as energy and water supply, as well as healthcare institutions. For these organizations, effective evacuation management is especially crucial.
