The IF-5735 series time recording terminals are user-friendly devices for contactless identification using RFID media, such as badges and key fobs with transponders. These terminals operate with the IF-6040 system and can be used for time recording, as well as optionally for cost center and barcode recording. To log their hours, employees can either present their smartphone at the terminal via Bluetooth® Low Energy or use RFID identification media for contactless identification with a badge. The terminal is equipped with a proximity sensor and switches to energy-saving mode when not in use. Data exchange between the IF-5735 and IF-6040 is secured through encryption. The IF-5735 terminal is protected by asymmetric encryption (PKI registration and certificate generation), ensuring secure operation over the internet.
