Data Cycle with SAP

Interflex offers a certified HR-PDC interface (Human Resources - Plant Data Collection) for SAP R/3 and S/4HANA. This interface ensures a seamless data cycle between SAP systems and Interflex, with the SAP system acting as the master system.

Personnel information from the SAP system is cyclically transferred to the Interflex solution. At the same time, employees’ time bookings are sent to SAP’s time management system, where they are processed by the so-called RPTIME. At the end of the process, the accounts are updated and the new balances are sent back to the Interflex system.

In addition to time events, external wage types can also be processed—these are provided by Interflex to SAP. These wage types allow specific employee expenses, such as meals in the company cafeteria, to be billed directly through payroll. Bookings occur in real time, so employees immediately know whether their attendance times have been recorded correctly.

As an SAP partner, Interflex brings over 30 years of expertise and experience in integrating SAP systems and was recently successfully re-certified for its time recording software, Interflex IF-6040.
