With the IF-73 desktop reader, you can easily write and read RFID media such as cards or key fobs. The applications are diverse: from visitor management and access control to machine control, the IF-73 supports you simply and efficiently in various company areas. With its sleek and modern design, the IF-73 desktop reader is particularly suitable for representative areas such as reception or front desk. With the IF-73, visitor badges can be written or assigned to them. Visitors can then move independently within a previously defined area. When the visit is over, they simply place their badge on the desktop reader, which automatically logs them out. If employees forget their badge, a replacement badge for the current workday can be written with the IF-73. The forgotten badge is automatically blocked. The return of the replacement badge can also be managed, as the system automatically reactivates the employee's original badge upon logging out the replacement badge. This simplifies processes in the reception area and saves effort and time.

The IF-73 desktop reader can also be used in machine control: If you want to allow or record the activity of an employee at certain machines or workstations, simply integrate the reader into the machine control system. The employee is identified by the system via the reader and authorized for machine operation.
