The IF-5725 time recording terminal is particularly suitable for small businesses with up to 250 employees and a few branches, providing an easy entry into professional time recording. Employees can identify themselves at the terminals using RFID media and utilize functions such as "arriving," "leaving," "business trip," and "info." The terminal stores up to 5,000 entries, which are transmitted to the system in real-time. Equipped with a proximity sensor, the terminal switches to energy-saving mode when not in use. When a user approaches, it switches back to operational mode and is immediately ready for use.

The terminal is suitable for surface mounting on walls or columns in dry rooms and can be integrated into a 10/100 MB Ethernet network. It features asymmetric PKI encryption (Public Key Infrastructure), ensuring secure operation over the internet. Data exchange between the terminal and the IF-6040 system is protected by end-to-end encryption. Power supply via a PoE hub (Power-over-Ethernet) is easily possible, saving costs for separate power supply. Alternatively or additionally, it can be powered with 24V low voltage. The large touch display of the device stands out for its simple, interactive operation and clear displays.
