The IF-4735 series time recording terminals are user-friendly devices for contactless identification using RFID media, such as badges and key fobs with transponders. The IF-4735 terminal series consists of the IF-4735 and the IF-4735 in the AT3 housing. They operate with the IF-6040 host system and can be used for time recording, as well as optionally for access control, cost center recording, and barcode recording. The badge number is verified in the device and forwarded to the IF-6040 system.
Data exchange between the IF-4735 and the IF-6040 host system is secured through encryption. The IF-4735 terminal is protected by asymmetric encryption (PKI registration and certificate generation). The four-line display and programmable function keys enable simple, intuitive operation and clear displays. Up to seven terminals can be connected via an RS485 interface. The optional connection of an I/O controller board allows for the control and monitoring of doors.
