ControllerIF-4041 Gateway air

The IF-4041 gateway connects locking components of the Opendor air product line to the IF-6040 access control system via Bluetooth® Low Energy, with certificate-based encryption. It is the ideal solution for cost-effectively, easily, and wirelessly meeting current security standards for various applications. In locations where cables cannot be installed, battery-operated locking components can be integrated through the gateway. The IF-4041 verifies the recorded entries and transmits them in real-time to the access control system.

Optionally, as part of a three-tier security concept, data from the IF-6040 can be transferred to the gateway and stored there. This ensures that the data remains up-to-date even if the connection to the access control system is interrupted. If the gateway fails or the connection to the locking components is disrupted, each individual locking component will take over access control, reduced to its essential function. This ensures that you won't be locked out in the event of a network failure.

Opendor air

With our centrally managed product line Opendor, you can manage access decisions in real-time. The wireless, battery-powered locking components are online-enabled. Opendor air is available as the IF-241 Door Fitting, IF-261 Cabinet Lock, IF-271 Door Handle, and IF-281 Cylinder. The IF-4041 Gateway connects the locking components to the IF-6040 access control system. In addition to the wireless Air variant, there is also the Opendor card (NetworkOnCard) variant.
