Cost Management
Assigning Working Time Appropriately
Your employees can link their working hours directly at the time of booking to specific projects, tasks, cost centers, or individual attributes - such as machines used for a job or travel kilometers for billing purposes. Based on this information, you can generate internal statistics, determine KPIs, and optimize invoicing. This increases transparency for both employees and company decision-makers, improves data quality, and significantly reduces the effort required for retroactive time categorization.
Project Time Tracking
Whether for project controlling or as a basis for invoicing, the Cost Management module allows you to further differentiate employees’ working hours - for example, by project or task. The recorded times can be processed using various approval and authorization workflows to maintain the four-eyes principle. This ensures that all incurred efforts are transparently traceable at any time and provide a solid foundation for decision-making. Optionally, working hours can be assigned to specific projects directly during time tracking, reducing the need for later adjustments and increasing data accuracy. Project time tracking is intuitive and convenient via self-service and optimized for mobile devices, making it accessible even for field staff on the go.
Cost Center Tracking
In addition, the Cost Management module enables you to assign employees’ working hours to cost centers or cost types. This allows you to evaluate, for example, job times, individual steps in the production process, or processing and throughput times. This forms the basis for optimized and more economical processes. For production employees without access to self-service, cost center tracking is also possible via terminal booking. If employees switch between cost centers - due to capacity constraints, for instance - the time spent can be accurately recorded and analyzed.
