Interflex controllers – centrally control your systems
Control your time recording and access control terminals as well as your locking components with the matching controllers and gateways from Interflex, and connect them to the IF-6040 host system.
Centrally Control Your Systems
The controllers and the gateway collect data from connected terminals and locking components, forward it to the IF-6040 system, and transmit booking decisions from the host system back. This allows you to centrally manage your systems. Interflex controllers are available in versions supporting two, four, eight, or sixteen terminals, or as a gateway for up to 50 locking components. Asymmetric PKI encryption (PKI = Public Key Infrastructure) ensures secure communication.
Three-Level Security Concept
If the IF-6040 host system is offline, controllers or the gateway temporarily take over using locally stored data. This function is part of our three-level security concept: if both the host system and the gateway fail, the intelligent locking components step in with their own decision-making logic and maintain operations. This ensures you won't be locked out in case of a network failure.
