The IF-6040 Employee Self-Service receives a comprehensive visual update. Automated Pre-Existing Condition Check in eAU direct
A key feature of Release 14.3 is the enhancement of the eAU direct module. As soon as a health insurance provider confirms an incapacity for work via eAU, the system automatically checks whether a request for previous conditions is possible. If confirmed, the software assists HR staff in creating and sending the request including all relevant prior AU data. This automation reduces manual steps, minimizes errors caused by incomplete requests, and accelerates the resolution of continued pay cases. For HR teams, this means less administrative effort, clearer processes, and improved transparency in absence management.
Color-Coded Account Balances – Traffic Light Principle for Better Visibility
With 14.3, the traffic light visualization for account balances is expanded: overtime and other balances are now highlighted not only in payroll but also in time corrections, annual and monthly calendars, and in absence and attendance request details. The traffic light display makes critical balances instantly visible, enabling employees and managers to see at a glance whether a threshold has been reached or exceeded. This facilitates timely action, reduces inquiries, and avoids time-consuming evaluations, a small but powerful tool for daily time management.
SAP Interface Recertified – Reliable Connection to SuccessFactors
The interface to SAP, including the cloud-ready connection to SAP SuccessFactors, has once again been successfully recertified by SAP. This certification stands for stability, performance, and data integrity in the transfer of working time data. For users, this means seamless integration into existing HR processes, reliable payroll, and high data security. The recertification underscores our long-standing partnership with SAP and gives companies the confidence to rely on proven standards.
