Real-Time Access Control with Opendor

Interflex impresses as a provider of modern access control solutions with the development of modular, battery-powered locking components based on Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE). The innovative Opendor product line, in its Opendor Air variant, includes wireless, battery-operated components that can be flexibly installed on doors, lockers, and cabinets. Opendor enables the seamless integration of all doors into a comprehensive security concept - without wiring or extensive structural modifications to the building.
Especially smart: The Air variant devices are online-capable and communicate via Bluetooth® Low Energy with the central system IF-6040. This allows access rights to be managed quickly and centrally in real time, helping to protect buildings or premises from unauthorized access.
Another highlight is the gateway, which can manage up to 50 locking components within a building - over a distance of up to 50 meters. To ensure reliable communication between the gateway and the Opendor locking components, a frequency hopping mechanism has been implemented that can dynamically change frequencies for a stable connection. This ensures uninterrupted and secure access even under demanding conditions.

The Air variant devices are available as IF-241 Door Fitting, IF-261 Cabinet Lock, IF-271 Door Handle und  IF-281 Cylinder. The IF-4041 Gateway connects the locking components to the IF-6040 access control system. In addition to the wireless version, an offline variant is also available with Opendor card (NetworkOnCard).

Advantages of Opendor:

  • Online-Wireless: Centralized management of access permissions
  • Easy Integration: Ideal for access points without power supply
  • Long Battery Life: Up to 12 years standby battery life
  • Modularity: Suitable for various door types and retrofitting
  • High Range: Gateway manages up to 50 devices over a distance of up to 50 meters

Thus, the BSFZ seal confirms our innovative strength, our commitment to sustainable and contemporary solutions, and our consistent goal to optimally support our customers with modern technologies.
