Interflex Measures in Response to the Current COVID-19 Situation
The effects of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) are being felt by all of us, making appropriate measures necessary. Interflex is closely monitoring developments and taking all necessary steps to respond to this exceptional situation.

Our Priorities: Protecting Employees, Ensuring Productivity, Supporting Customers.
Our crisis management team has implemented a range of measures and adjustments to address the current situation:
- Travel Activities: We have significantly reduced business travel through the end of 2020. Most Interflex employees are currently working from home. Customer visits and business trips—both domestic and international—are limited to essential cases only.
- Conferences & Meetings: External meetings and conferences are currently minimized. However, we remain fully available via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Visitor Management: Visits from international customers, suppliers, or consultants are significantly reduced. In these cases, communication is primarily handled via phone, email, or video conferencing.
If a visitor is scheduled to be received in person at an Interflex location, the following procedure applies:
Before the visit, the visitor receives the document “COVID-19: Checklist for Business Meetings at Interflex” via email from their Interflex contact. The visitor is asked to provide specific information related to the coronavirus situation. These details help protect everyone involved. - Delivery Capability: Our production currently has sufficient materials and components, so there are no delivery delays. Should this situation change, we will inform you immediately.
- Service Technician Availability: Interflex service technicians continue to process service requests—either remotely or on-site.
- Customer Training: Starting in July, we are once again offering in-person training sessions and look forward to welcoming you back to our training facilities.
