Interflex Customer Solution Day at the ZEISS Forum

Interflex welcomed over one hundred customers and interested parties to the fully booked event "Customer Solution Day" in the small town of Oberkochen in the Ostalb district. The event took place at the ZEISS Forum, the event location of long-standing Interflex customer Carl Zeiss AG.

The Customer Solution Day offered participants an exciting day with many highlights in an extraordinary location of a world-leading technology company. The close collaboration between Carl Zeiss AG and Interflex has existed for over 20 years.

In addition to current information on solutions, the event provided space for networking and an entertaining supporting program. Managing Director Bernhard Sommer opened the event with a welcome speech, followed by engaging presentations in a storytelling format on topics such as modern access, visitor, and time management as well as managed services. Numerous practical examples inspired by the requirements and use cases of customers were presented by the experts.

During lunch, participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas with other customers and interested parties, as well as experts from Interflex and its partners. Additionally, they could visit topic islands in the gallery of the ZEISS Forum for specific questions, where various partners were also present in addition to the Interflex portfolio. These included the solution partner TBS for biometric solutions, as well as the project partners vi2vi for license plate recognition and friendlyway for kiosk systems for visitor registrations.

In the afternoon, participants were treated to an exclusive tour of the ZEISS Museum of Optics. There, they could experience 175 years of innovation history up close and were taken on a fascinating journey through the world of optics. The day ended with informative discussions and many positive participant responses to the event concept “at the customer,” the practical lecture style, and the personal exchange.

Interflex focuses on customer proximity with its regionally oriented events. Personal dialogue plays an important role in generating new ideas and impulses that flow into product development.
