Our Purpose – Why We Do What We Do

Humanifying the World of Work

In the early 1970s, our founder Wilhelm Haller had a groundbreaking idea: to make working hours more flexible and in doing so, improve the lives of employees. That was the origin of flexitime - a concept that changed the way we work.

This pioneering spirit still defines us today. At Interflex Datensysteme GmbH, more than 500 colleagues across 17 locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands are working to make workplaces simpler, safer, and more human.

As one of the leading providers of access control, time management, and workforce management, we develop tailored hardware and software solutions for companies of all sizes.
We offer everything from a single source - from development and production to consulting and on-site implementation.

Want to help shape the future instead of just managing it?
Then you’re in the right place.
