Assigning Substitutes in Employee Self-Service

In the Employee Self-Service system, employees can designate a specific person as a substitute for certain workflows (e.g., vacation, illness, or business trips). They simply select the desired time period and workflow in the system. The period can be defined freely or based on predefined absences, and is only active in specific situations such as during vacation.
