A customer reported a server failure in their access control system outside of regular maintenance hours. To ensure the customer’s operations were not disrupted, our service team immediately took charge and began troubleshooting the issue without delay. According to the customer’s maintenance contract, Interflex would have fulfilled its obligation by responding within 8 hours - but our service staff acted instantly!
